Hi there, Rhea here!

So glad that you've stopped by.

A little about my background so you know who's coming to host your next event: first up, I am super smiley, wildly optimistic, love a good chat, and might sing a little (or a lot!) throughout our Pilates session.

As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Dietitian, and Pilates Instructor (Matwork & Reformer), I specialize in pain and fatigue management and nervous system coaching. I bridge clinical science with a gentle, holistic approach to help you step out of burnout and move into true restoration.

Deep down, I live by faith in knowing that God created our bodies to thrive, not just survive. Our bodies are intentionally designed to heal, but life happens. We all carry challenges, responsibilities, and everyday stress that can slow down that natural process. Feeling stuck? Overwhelmed? Lost? Confused? I get it. Often, the very first step toward healing is simply building awareness—and from there, clarity follows. I can't wait to connect with you!

How RIVA Came About

RIVA was born from a vision to create more than just another workout—it was created to offer a true sanctuary of movement, refreshment, and connection.

Inspired by the concept of a flowing river bringing life and vitality to everything in its path, RIVA was designed to help people quiet the noise of everyday stress and tune back into their bodies. Having seen firsthand how chronic stress and overwork take a toll on the nervous system, I wanted to build an experience that blends intentional matwork with genuine celebration and restorative care.

Whether it's a milestone event like a Hens party or birthday, a corporate wellness session, or an immersive retreat, RIVA brings together movement, curated music, thoughtful touches, and local partnerships to leave every participant feeling refreshed, renewed, and completely poured back into.
